follicles not responding ivf gonal f

hi guys im currently on day eight of gonal f (long prota) on day five of my u/s scan my re informed me I had four follicles two on each ovary plus a really small one she then dropped the bombshell that my follicles hadn't grew since baseline scan I began on 300 of gonal f and she has upped my dose to 450 I don't really feel bloated and cm is not in abundance so im slightly worried and was wondering if anyone has been in a similar position and what the outcome was thank you
