Food/smells are making me feel sick

Anyone else? I've tried to make breakfast and lunch twice today and it's making me gag. Not particularly offensive - weetbix, two kinds of soup and toast. I EBF my 4.5 month old.

Is there a chance you could be pregnant? I ebf and I got my period back this week. In hindsight I did have quite a bit of cm a couple of weeks ago but didn't think too much of it at the time. If they sleep well at night the long gap between feedings can trigger ovulation. Have you ever felt like this before? Could be a stomach bug or pmt or something?

If you haven't had your first pp AF it's impossible to say where you may be in your cycle, so I'd say get some tests and take one every few days. If they're all bfn and the symptoms are still there, ask your doctor to do a blood test to rule it out.

Update: Put the fear of God into hubby with a second line on an early response test this morning. Pretty sure it was an evap though. He's now decided NTNP isn't for him. Oh well.
