I think my diet may not be great and curious on daily foods you eat to increase milk.

I have found that milk, peanuts, cauliflower and pizza seem to upset Liam tummy and I have fussy days after eating these foods.

I eat oatmeal everyday to help my supply. Also, I find I need to eat a good amount of food, if I don't eat enough I don't make enough.

I don't know of anything that upset my son when he was younger because he screamed constantly because of him not getting enough milk. We thought it might be something I was eating but it wasn't.

Chillies seem to upset isaacs stomach so I have been avoiding things like curries, which I love lol. I eat a lot during the day to keep my supply up too, I snack constantly after meals :flower:

No i'm not, i'm still losing my baby weight. I do a lot of exercise as well though I pretty much walk everywhere with Isaac either in the carrier or in the pram. I snack a lot on fruits rather than crisps & chocolate :)

For some reason eating canned tuna or too much bread (pizza, rolls, cakes, etc) makes my son cry all night, with probably a tummy ache :[ I didn't realize it until I noticed the pattern.

I cant eat rice :( I'm assuming the binders somehow travel through to his poor immature tummy because he gets super constipated if I eat any rice. I want sushi and burritos and cant :'(

I definitely noticed, too, that if i dont eat a lot my supply shows it. I eat more now than when I was pregnant and I'm still losing weight. Its crazy! I'm just constantly craving sweet so I need to make sure I always have fruit around so I dont have chocolate and candy and ice cream.

You don't need to have any special diet when BF, and most babies aren't affected by anything. Unfortunately for me oats when made into porridge cause me some severe bowel problems so unless its a small amount mixed into something or a highly processed ingredient in something else, I can't have them. Flapjacks aren't too bad xx
