probably been posted but the best way to curb a craving is to make a small bowl of 0% fat greek yoghurt (2 or 3 table spoons worth) mixed with a teaspoon or two of low cal hot chocolate powder (options is really good!)
bloody fantastic. I'm the biggest chocolate addict (blame my mum )
but this seems to keep the edge off on the weight loss.
I add strawberries and other fruit to it aswell to get some more of my 5 a day
