For fun... 12 week u/s

Just for fun what are your guesses? My son & this baby both had a heartrate of 157 at this point. Included a comparison of my son Caden at 12+6 vs this baby at 12+1. My belly is strangely higher up this time around even though I'm only currently 14 weeks. My son is adamant that it's a girl, but I have a feeling he'll be disappointed

We're hoping for girl, but already have all the boy clothes and everything so that would be perfectly fine too. Why the guesses? I haven't scheduled my 20 week ultrasound yet, but it'll be the first week of February when I find out.

Looks like a baby to me! I'm guessing based on skull, looks like a girly head!

It's funny I read girl skulls are rounder (I mean theoretically of course) but looking at the side by side I was thinking my son's skull looked round and this baby's almost looked lumpy

Baby girl skulls seem to be a little bit more shapely as in elongated and baby boy skulls seem to be more round to me. At least from all the scans I've seen. That ultrasound does look like it could go either way though the more I look at it.

No I have looked up skull theory with my last 2 I new they were boys from the rounded head, girls skull is a bit more rounded at the forehead bit but they have a more of a jaw line than a boys xx
