I was on a work conference a few years ago where they unveiling new counters, uniforms, products etc and all the different regions had to sit together and give feed back so on my table was me, my store manager, other No7 advisors and their stores managers plus our area manager and our regional manager, and it was just before a new mascara called fanomenal lashes came out, our regional manager sat down at the table asking everyone what we all thought to the new mascara and my first response was "well they've spelt phenomenal wrong" (not realising it was a play on words

My regional manager has never let me live it down to this day and that was 2 years ago.
