Counting calories and working out 5 days a week. I record everything at: sparkpeople.com "Diets" don't work for me. I have to learn how to control what I put in my mouth and be able to live out my life without feeling restricted. I feel that if I develop good habits then I can not only lose, but maintain.
Sign up to www.livestrong.com for free and track your calories and exercise on there. It gives you a breakdown on what you're eating, there are forums to use, weightloss groups, etc. It's fab. I lost 16lbs in just over a month doing it.
