Forgot password

My OH has forgot her password, can someone email her with a new one/current one? There is no option to click on forgot pass word anywhere on the forum.her username is charliejones and her email is Charlie-chi-chi at hotmail co uk. I can't write the proper email address as I have less than ten posts and get blocked for ten minutes so have to miss out the dots and the @ sign!

Have your OH do this:

enter in her username and hit the login button. She could get a message like this:

You have entered an invalid username or password. Please press the back button, enter the correct details and try again. Don't forget that the password is case sensitive. Forgotten your password? Click here!

You have used 1 out of 5 login attempts. After all 5 have been used, you will be unable to login for 15 minutes.

Where it says to click for forgotten password, have her click the link there and go forward from there. HTH
