Forgotten password

I've completely forgotten my password!

My phone automatically logs me in so I probably haven't used my password in a year or more. The email address on my profile is old too but I can't change my email without putting in my password and if I request my password it'll go to the old email address I haven't used in years.

I've tried to log in on my laptop to figure out my password but I've put it in wrong so many times I've got to wait.

Is there anything I can do or will I lose my account when I upgrade my phone on a couple of weeks?

Username
Registered email address
DOB on account
New email address
