Formula fed babies and poop

Mia has been on formula for the past week since I haven't been able to BF her.
She was on Similac Advance Iron Fortified formula and her poop turned very dark green. She also didn't have a BM for more than 24 hrs.
I have switched her formula to Enfamil Lower Iron and she has pooped twice in less than 12 hrs and the poop wasn't as ugly green as before.

My question is:

Anyone using Similac Advance...have you had any issues with green poop?

Her poo used to be very nice mustardy colour when I fed her, but now her tummy is all messed up because of this.

Forumla fed babys will have darker stool, and I bet the high iron made her poop green. Noah's stool sometimes looks very dark green, but he also takes iron supplment. Also forumla fed babys will poop less. Noah useto poop everytime I fed him with breastmilk. Now he's like clock work and has bowel movement at 6am and 6pm

Ella hardly poops but when she does bloody hell its loads! hehe Oh and yes it will turn dark greeny sometimes happens to formula fed babies

Alex's poo is always a greeny colour, we don't use that formula as they don't have it over here, but i'm sure most formulas will be pretty much the same anyway!

Since I exclusively feed formula to Josh, he's been doing dark greenish poop.

It's probably the iron. TMI I know but since I've been taking iron supplements that's the color that my poo has been

Coltons is the same.. it's a really dark green. I feed him juice though, and have started giving him a few purees so it's yellowish sometimes. But it's mostly green. and he only goes once a day.

I have switched Mia to lower iron formula and I have been giving her as much breast milk as possible and her poop is much much lighter and she goes twice a day. I am relieved.

I been finding Oscars pooing less na dless lately. he's on SMA, but I just went out and got Aptamal (sp?) to try, a mate of mine said its the most like breast milk. Well, we'll see...
not quite sure how to change it though! gradually? or just change it?!?!?!

I have a 5 week old son who has been on similac advanced since he was born. At first his stools were a yellowish oatmeal color and were semi-soft pellet shaped. His normal pattern was to skip a day of pooping which I researched is normal. But yesterday he pooped a semi-watery olive green color. Then today he pooped in the afternoon the same and then this evening again. I do not know if its the formula or if it's something else. Nonetheless, I am making an appt with the doctor first thing Monday morning.

Aqua, when you wean from Breast to Bottle, they will get a little constipated so its probably just her system getting used to it..
