Which one do you use for your LO?

One or the other, or even both? Do you find any difference at all between them?

I use concentrated formula... waaaay easier to make and way less messy.

Both. Powder when we're at home. Ready made when we're out and about. Caitlyn's never had a problem with either.

xxx

I use powder both home and when out as I just take the water in a thermos and powder in a container and make it when I'm out.

I mostly use powder but every now and then we use concentrate when out and about and i find she drinks much more of the ready-made? not sure why though

99% powder, only the odd occasion do we use ready made

Lulu if found this when i used ready made, with both of mine, i out it down to maybe being creamier (if that makes sense??) It certainly looks it x

we always used powder we have tried ready made but maddi never seems to like it x

yeah kaci i know what you mean, i found when she was on gaviscon she took it better with ready-made as well.

I use powder almost all the time, I too have found she will drink more ready made but there isn't enough in a ready made for a full feed now anyway as she's on 8oz bottles.. But she will drain a whole carton in one go now.

I use powder most of the time but usually have ready made ones inacse of 'emergencies' lol

We use powder but have a 'just in case' stash of readymade!

...Thanks, this reminded me to stock up tomorrow! x

I always wonder if the two taste different like with Ribena the stuff you make yourself never tastes the same as the ready made stuff lol x

Readymade is the more exspensive route for sure so it was powder when in readymade when out and always had some as spares. She seemed tolike the readymade more though!

We've started her back up on formula the progress 1yr+ stuff and have decided against the powder form and buy the bottle (cartons in cases of milk for below 1).

My sister used to have a taste of all of my nieces bottles to see if they were the right temp as well as doing the wrist spray and she said that the ready made is much nicer tasting than the powder, she said the ready made is quite sweet and tastes a bit like rice pudding whereas the powder has a funny taste to it and tastes 'powdery' iykwim!!
I know its weird that she used to taste them but she said she found it better for gauging the temp of the bottles and did it for the whole year she was having bottles!

Charlie has EBM topped up with formula, when we use powder. He doesn't seem to notice any difference x
