Formula Vs. Breastfeeding Study

I am new to this site and to being a father and am trying to find "real world" benefits of breast or formula feeding. I understand this is on the internet on many sites. However, I am curious as to what parents think as their children have grown. I have a survey that I created online to get some feedback from actual parents and their experiences with both breast and bottle feedings. It is only 4 questions long.
