Found my eldest sons main present....

My son has just started a new school, he is in year 3, where there are several clubs he can join, he has an interest in the Music club, especially in learning to play the guitar, I have found this acoustic guitar complete kit on the tesco website so thinking of getting him this as it is fairly cheap, what do you think?

I'd get a guitar with nylon strings if he's new to playing, metal strings can put kids off as you get sore finger quite quickly until they've toughened up. Also how tall is your DS? It looks like that's a full size but depending on how tall he is he'll likely need a 3/4 size. Guitar is a great present idea though
