Freedom brand OPK's

My body signs have been all over the place this month, so picked up some OPK's yesterday just really want some confirmation that these are positive and if not that they're pretty close to being that way. I actually thought I'd ovulated already so this has thrown me!

Does anyone monitor CP when they get a +opk, mine was SHOW on Wed/Thurs but dark opk today (was strong but a lot lighter yesterday), CP started dropping yesterday.

These are the same OPK, taken around 3pm today.

I've taken another at 10pm and it's lighter again

Is it normal to have one positive opk?

I had wacky opks this month and I would take one dark (nearly positive but not quite) OPK as NOT a surge. However, it is possible for it to happen. For me, though, it means no surge. I've never used that brand, though. Good luck!

Thanks for replying hun, you have confirmed just what I thought. Compared to my last cylce I knew it wasn't my surge, the dark opk's were to erratic and not consistent enough. I am really looking forward to next week though as either way, I should have an answer and if no BFP then on to the next cycle.....
