Hey ladies,

I bought some ready frozen richmond sausages, not as nice as fresh I know but I was wondering would it be ok to cook from frozen on a George foreman type grill? It says fry, grill or oven..the grill on my oven is broke and last time a fried sausages I set the pan on fire.....
Any thoughts..thanks xx

Yeah it would be fine. Just dont turn it up too high to start with to avoid burnt outsides and frozen insides.

Frying would be fine if you only use a little bit of oil and cook them at medium temperature. Put them in before the pan gets too hot and you will be able to judge when to turn the heat up or down. Have a wet tea towel handy just in case!

They are cook from frozen, it said grill on medium heat and turn for 20 mins, so cooked for about 25to mins on the George foreman. They were very dry and crispy and the inside was pink still but they were red hot. Last time I had these they stayed a bit pink..I just worry x

If they are pink in the middle they are not cooked through

I had some of these a while ago and they stayed quite pink

Debating whether to make myself sick or not :-(

i had these and cook in oven like it says for directed time and they were still quite pink in middle

I used to buy them a lot and they were always quite pink. I had some mushy ones once and it put me right off and i never ate them again! Never been sick from them though.
