I tried the "Just Peachy" pops.. they were yummy! From the 2009 Milk Calendar.. same method for each, but here are the 3 ingredient lists first:

Triple Berry Smoothie Pops-
1 cup (250mL) fresh or frozen strawberries
1 cup (250mL) fresh or frozen blueberries
1 tbsp (15mL) granulated sugar or honey
1 cup (250mL) milk
1/2 cup (125mL) raspberry-flavoured yogurt

Just Peachy Smoothie Pops
2 cups (500mL) sliced fresh, drained canned or frozen peaches or apricots
2 tbsp (30mL) liquid honey or granulated sugar
1 cup (250mL) milk
1/2 cup (125mL) peach or vanilla-flavoured yogurt

Banana Pineapple Smoothie Pops
1 very ripe banana
1 cup (250mL) frozen or drained canned pineapple chunks
1 to 2 tbsp (15 to 30mL) granulated sugar or liquid honey
1 cup (250mL) milk
1/2 cup (125 mL) vanilla-flavoured or plain yogurt

Method for all -->
1. In a blender or using an immersion blender, combine fruit and honey or sugar (as called for, to taste) and milk; puree until smooth. Add yogurt and pulse just until combined. Pour into ice pop moulds and insert sticks, or pour into 3oz (90mL) paper cups. If using paper cups, freeze until partially frozen, then insert sticks, straws, or plastic spoons. Freeze until solid, for 2 to 4 hours or up to 2 weeks.

If using paper cups, transfer to an airtight container once frozen solid to make sure they don't get freezer burn!

Oh & ladies the best part?
Per 1 of 12 pops (so if you divide each recipe into 12 pops..)
Triple berry is only 35 calories,
Just peachy is only 45 calories,
Banana pineapple is only 39 calories!

:happydance:
