? So I've had my iud for a year now (2 time having it) mind you i haven't had no spotting nor bleeding! Until yesterday in the middle of the afternoon, just randomly started enough to use a tampon..after that major cramps..an today minor spotting cramps on an off thru out the day..I'm confused an when I'm cramping it hurts..please help
