Hi ladies,

I had my labs run on cd6 a few months ago.

Here are my lab results;

TSH 1.220 ulU/ml
LH 24.7 ulU/ml
FSH 30.0 ulU/ml
Estradiol 26.7 pg/ml

My cycles are kind of all over the place, ranging from 16 days to 48 is my longest. I had several 26 day cycles over the past few month, which was awesome, but now, i'm 10 days late for that with BFN.

LH surges show around cd9 but I know that's no real indication of ovulation. Any advice? Have you been in my shoes?

hellodarling. CD 6 is a bit too late for FSH/LH and estradinol. this test should be done between CD2-4.

All I can say for sure is that your TSH seems very good. It should be between 1 and 2 for optimal pre-pregnancy condition.

Your FSh is generally high but it might be due to super low estrogen or wrong day of the cycle to do the test. Your LH does seem high and closer to LH surge (which happens 24-48 hours before ovulation).

If you think you ovulated you can do progesterone test 7-10 days after ovulation to confirm this and check your levels are good to support pregnancy.

I'd repeat your bloods on CD 3.

Thank you so much. It was definitely late to test and I typically do get my LH surge around 10dpo so that makes sense. I'll definitely have further testing done though. I really appreciate your response!!!!

You can't really interpret the Lh fsh apart from to say you don't have pcos. I had the tests every week for 6 weeks as I don't have AF. The lowest fsh is probably the most accurate day 3

We did an ultrasound again, no PCOS, which is good. It looks like it's more of a perimenopausal issue than anything else at this point. My lilovaries just want to go the way of raisins ... booooo
