Funny baby names?

I always shake my head a little when I think of the name an extended family member named their baby girl:

Stella Ella

it's basically the same name!

Actually, I went to grade school with a boy who's first and last name was Michael (so Michael Michael)

And then, this is the absolute truth, in a very tiny community somewhat near where I live, a couple named their baby girl Metallica!!

There's also the story of a Chinese couple that wanted to name their baby "@" (but there was a cute reason for it: "at" sounds like "love him" in their language)

Anyone else heard some silly or just plain bad names?

Yess, one of my uncles friends named their daughter Angel but her last name was Fish so it was Angel Fish lol, and another friend named her daughter Gypsy. I really dont understand what theyre thinking when they pick some of these names lol!xx

My neighbour was telling us only last week that if her DH had had his way then their daughter would be called Metallica! When we laughed, she was like "no he was deadly serious, I had to really put my foot down"

I remember someone mentioning siblings called Storm, Rain & Thunder! That's pretty weird! The worst one has to be twins girls called Flower-Pot & Lizard!

there used to be a character on home and away called gypsy, it was ages ago though, it was when it was still on ITV!

ive got a few, my grandads best friend at school was called Morris Morris.
a woman at waddle and toddle (baby group i go to) has a little girl called Angel and a little boy called Bobby Andrew not too bad like that but their surname is Blackman so Angel is A.Blackman and Bobby Andrew is B.A.Blackman!
also in a magazine i read last night (think it was woman magazine cant quite remember) there was a photo in the pic section at the front with quite a cute little girl, she mustve been about 4. all pretty normal until i read the caption underneath 'This is my daughter, Sparkle'!! i kid you not someone has called their child Sparkle.
last bnut not least, someone i know has a friend called Matt Love. he got his gf up the duff and they made a pact, boy-she names him, girl-he names her. they had a girl and he thought it highly hilarious to call her Courtney so she is called Courtney Love! xx

wow- Flower-Pot is pretty awful, and Lizard and Sparkle..

oh so many.

Actually a friend just had a baby and the named him Lucas, or Luke for short, which are both nice. But the Father really seriously wanted his middle name to by Skywalker... that did not happen luckily..

And I remembered I had met a little girl in Argentina named Azul.
Doesn't sound that bad to an English speaker, except in Spanish Azul is the word for Blue. So basically the girl's name is Blue.

I know a William Williams and went to school with an Adam Adams - his mum remarried and changed his surname to Adams when he was little.

Also - and I kid you not!! - I have a friend called Alexandra Beech, known as Sandy when she was little!!! They eventually change the nickname to Alicki, but still!!!!
