Gain Trashbag Ad pop up

Good Morning!

The Gain Trashbag ad is doing phantom pop ups! I will go to click on a link to another thread, and it will automatically redirect me to the advertisement page (link posted below) and when I go back to the main page.. the pop up is there, and wasn't there when I clicked on the link.

I am on a Windows computer using Google Chrome..

Is this still a problem?
How frequently is this happening?
Can you close the ad?

It s still happening. It happens several times when I am going through this site. I can close it, but the problem is, I am clicking on links within the BnB website before the add appears to me.. probably because it has a roll down effect.. so the add is there, even though it is just transparent so I can't see it. :-/
