Gender based on conception date?

I'm pregnant with my second and this one was a surprise. Looking back, we BD either one or two days before ovulation. I'm super regular so I'm quite sure I would have ovulated on Friday and we DTD either Wednesday or Thursday. With my first we DTD the day before ovulation and we had a boy. If we'd planned this one we probably would have tried for a girl by DTD a few days before ovulation. I'll be happy either way but I'm wondering who has ended up with a girl by DTD the day before ovulation. Or am I more likely to have another boy because of the timing? Like I said, I'm not entirely sure whether it was one or two days before. I just have to wait until August for my 20 week scan and that seems forever away!

It's hard to say we were trying to try for another girl but I had such a crazy cycle that my opks tested positive but I never had all the signs of ovulation, but we found out a week a go baby is indeed a and with my two boys we did dtd day of or day before ovulation. So it makes sense but I'm definitely no expert by any means!!

Here! We only DTD one day in my fertile week (we were taking a break from TTC that month) and it was the day before O (I temped and charted). Low and behold, that cycle blessed us with a beautiful baby girl.

Me too... BD a day before ovulation - I have been charting.. I just had my 12th week scan... nub shots looks girl (I think and few others too)

with my boys we dtd the day after ovulation, this one we were not trying but due date works out as 2 days before ovulation

Thanks everyone! It's kind of nice to know a girl isn't ruled out just because it may have been the same timing as my son. They'll be just over 2 years apart though so a boy would be fun too
