Gender Neutral Girl Names...Help!

DH and I are interested in a gender neutral (or at least not overly femmine) name for our DD. We can't find anything we both like. I think his suggestions sound too masculine & he doesn't care for mine. I'd love to hear other ideas!

There are girls at my children's nursery that are called Rowen and Spencer, which I really like. I also like the previous suggestions of Avery, Blake and Rory. With Rory you could even have the option of having a more conventially feminine name on the birth certificate (such as Aurora) but have Rory as her given name.
