Gestational diabetes - haven't kept log!

I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes 2 months ago. I am due to visit my endocrinologist again for a follow up in 2 days. Unfortunately, I haven't kept a log of my diet since the past 2 weeks
We took a trip to Disneyland and that's when I fell off the wagon.
I have been eating right, my numbers are good, I test 4 times a day, been taking my insulin, etc... just haven't written anything down. Now I don't know what to say to my doctor! I'm so embarrassed - i'm usually very diligent about following doctors' orders, i don't know why I haven't kept track of what I ate.
Ugh what do I tell her? It looks so bad doesn't it?

No, you're allowed a holiday. As long as you know that you kept a log and it was fine then I'd just say that and continue the diary when you can.
