getting cervical stitch removed.. help

hry ladies.... has anyone have a cervical stitch. i have the mcdonald stitch in and getting it removd in two weeks. i am so scared.. does it hurt? and how long after that did it take begore u went into labour.... any information would be great im really afraid.. im having nightmares... last night was i dreamed i was in labour and the doctor wouldnt remove the stitch as it was too complicated so they left me there...

I've had the cervical stitch 3 times --getting out was ok - just ask for some gas and air if it gets uncomfortable......they monitored me then for a while but i always went home the same day......good luck
