hello :)

Here is our dilema......if Squidge is a girl then her middle name will be Patricia, named after OH's late aunty who he was very very close to.

we love the name Amelia but i think its too much with the A's so thought maybe i'd double barrel something to break it up a bit - perhaps using Grace

so

Amelia-Grace Patricia Goodchild (bit of a mouthful really)

or

Amelia Patricia Goodchild

feel free to make suggestions!

I think Amelia-Grace is lovely plus it makes it a bitdifferent to the million other AMelia's that are around

I think they both sound good -- Like the sound of Amelia Grace but i would avoid the hyphen, imo

I like them both. I don't think there is too many A's x

In my opinions having a 4 syllable name followed by a 3 syllable name is rather a mouthful, I have to say I think Amy Patrica sounds much better.

But if you like those names and they are the names your gonna pick then go for it :-)

I know of a girl named Anna Patricia and she goes by Anna-Pat. I think it's pretty!

I really like Amelia Patricia without the Grace in.

:flower:

X

thanks everyone! our girl name list is so big but we keep coming back to Amelia and it was going to be Ben's name if he was a girl.

Amy is on our list but its not one of the most loved names

cant use Anna because OH's mum is called Ann.

I really like Amelia Grace :) Good luck with choosin, i'm having so much difficulty deciding girl names so your lucky you have thought of these ones as i cant seem to find any but i like loads of boy names! :) x

I think Amelia Patricia is a little bit of a mouthful but not massively so, besides which no one ever calls you by your first and middle names at the same time (apart from cross parents maybe) so it is not a big deal really.

I think both names are gorgeous and sweet together too.

I like Amelia Grace as the first name without a hyphen and Patricia as the middle name:flower:
