Girl's Name List -- Our top 6! Opinions??

I just presented the following list to OH (who, by the way, is getting annoyed with constantly talking baby names with me, )....

I like all the names on the list... but we have complete different favorites from the list:

(In no particular order)

Kiara Sophia
Gabriella Sophia
Lilliana Sophia
Kenadee Sophia
Arianna Sophia
Brooklyn Sophia

Would love to hear some (more) opinions on these names!!

Kiara Sophia - This is cute.
Gabriella Sophia - This is cute. Gabby is a nice nn, i love Gabby!.
Lilliana Sophia - This is def my fave from your list. Its the prettiest sounding one and Lily is a cute nn.
Kenadee Sophia - I don't like this, sorry.
Arianna Sophia - I don't love it, but don't hate it.
Brooklyn Sophia - I don't like this, sorry.

My favorites are: Kiara, Arianna, Brooklyn, & Kenadee

OH's favorites are: Lilliana & Gabriella

I like Lilliana but worry that Lily is sooo popular. I know several baby Lily's. I like Gabriella... but OH's niece's name is "Abby"... so Abby & Gabby would be silly...

I like the nicknames "Bria" or "Brielle" for Gabriella but not sure that would stick, iykwim!

Would love to hear more opinions! Thanks!

ok, we have very similar tastes in names:

Kiara Sophia - it's nice
Gabriella Sophia - love it Gabriella would have been on our shortlist but was taken by another family member already
Lilliana Sophia - very very pretty. was on our longlist but didn't make the shortlist for the exact same reasons you said, that it would be shortened to Lily and Lily is very very popular at the moment
Kenadee Sophia - nice. my dad's friend has a daughter called Kennedy
Arianna Sophia - LOVE IT! but i'm very biased!
Brooklyn Sophia - not keen on Brooklyn I'm afraid

all the above comments are regarding the first names, but i also think sophia is lovely for the mn.

Discoclare -- it's actually bc of your pretty little baby that i started thinking of this name again! When i was preggo with my son, i had decided on Arianna as my girl's name...... but everyone kept pronouncing it wrong..... which was driving me nuts. Then i found out i was having a boy anyhow. But seeing your ticker has made me love the name again! How do you pronounce it?

I prefer: "Are-ee-on-uh"

But people kept saying: "Airy-on-uh"

And then i also worry people may say: "Airy-anna"

Have people been pronouncing your daughter's name the way you intend them to?

Most people are pronouncing it Ar-ee-anna, a couple have said it very slightly differently: Ar-ee-ah-na, nobody has yet said Airy-oh-na. But I figure that there's a lot of names like this, same with Liliana / Lilianna that some people say Lily-anna and some Lily-ah-na (with a longer a sound). You also get Naomi: Nay-omi and Ni-omi, and Aysha (aye-sha or aye-ee-sha). Even with my seemingly simple name some people say Clare but in some parts of the North they say Clure. Generally though, almost everyone has asked me first how we pronounce it! I hope she doesn't have too many problems with mispronounciation. I figure most people have some kind of problems with their name like having to spell it constantly for people (especially if you're called Clare!) and it was hard enough to find a name my OH agreed with me on!

Thanks -- i like Kiara pronounced "Key-are-uh"

I also like it spelled Chiara (the Italian way) but worry it would be mispronounced!

When i was little, my mom used to wear a perfume called "Ciara" but that was pronounced "See-air-uh"

Kiara Sophia <---- is my fave too! But OH doesn't agree!
