Give me a BFP or period, or something!

Good morning everyone,

today I am kind of angry . I am currently either 14 or 15dpo (idk for sure when I ovulated) but anyways. The past days I took tons and tons of FRER all BFN. I still have cm not a lot though, but it is there and my nipples started to hurt today as well, other than that there are no symptoms though. What's confusing me is, that my cervix is like medium high and hard though, when it was lower the past days. I thought right before AF it gets lower? I really wanna think I am out for this months according to the FRER's but then my cervix is confusing me so bad. Any advice?

Well I asked for an answer and AF answered At least I have a new cycle now, right lol

Sorry AF started...but just wanted to note for future reference your cervix is not a reliable indicator of impending AF or a BFP. Every women is different and it moves around so much you just can't rely on it.

You'll drive yourself crazy trying to figure it out!

Yep I figured that out quick haha I can never tell if it is open or closed anyways but oh well. I think I'll drive myself more crazy when I am trying to check it than when I'm not.
Btw, have you ever tried preseed?

I've been down the "checking cervix every day" band wagon. It drove me crazy. If I catch it at ovulation time I can definitely tell it's open....but other times I'm really not sure. I figure leading up to O if it's even open a little it's a good time to have sex (I also temp, but it somehow comforts me knowing it's open a little).

We actually do use Preseed. Have been for the last few months. I think once we are done with the tube I won't buy it anymore, but if anything it's good for lubrication (since I can get dry).

Yea I think I'll stop checking my cervix. I was thinking about using preseed, but we are only trying for a month by now so I wanna wait and see what's happening first before I spend that money. I also feel like since I'm off my bcp, my period cramps are way better than what they used to be.

My first few cycles off BC my cramps were minimal. But for some reason the last few cycles they have been terrible! I don't know what is so different...but that's just what happens when you decide to start TTC I guess!

Some women use Conceive Plus, you can buy it on amazon for cheaper than Preseed...it works the same way!

Ugh I'm sorry it's been forever. I was on vacation in Germany. So now it's TTC month 2. I am 7 dpo right now (at least that's what I think) and since yesterday I started to get like little pinches in my uterus. Idk what this is, it's weird, I never had those :/

I'd try and relax...7DPO would be super early for implantation. Crossing my fingers for you!

Thank you, yea the pinching continued on every now and then throughout the day and also this morning. We will see. I'm not getting my hopes up and thank god I have a lot of distraction. I'm visiting my family in Germany again cause my hubby is gone for training for 2 months. How's it going with you? BFP yet?

No BFP here yet, I thought for sure the last 2 cycles we'd get a BFP, but nope Just a terrible AF.

Currently CD6 set to ovulate on/around CD13...I've since given up on temping so I'm just going off of cervix feels and I might try and do some OPK's this cycle. Will be hard though because we are going camping this weekend with a bunch of friends. No one knows we are TTC and I want to keep it that way. I'll do my best to sneak off and use an OPK, but I'm not banking on it!

Why don't you want anyone to know? I did OPK's the first cycle and it just made me go crazy so I stopped. I wonder when I should test

We just feel like this is personal and we don't want anyone knowing we are trying....I have told a couple really good friends of mine but that's it.

It's just added pressure. I already feel there is something wrong with me since it is taking so long, I can't imagine how'd I'd feel if every time I decided not to drink around friends or family they wondered why not.

Yes, I stopped drinking for a while but now I drink a glass of wine every now and then. I don't want to stress out over it too much. My nurse told me that for a healthy couple it can take a year of TTC before you get your BFP Don't give up!
