Going to a concert tonight :/ How do I hand express from scratch?

What am I gonna do about my boobs?!

It takes a little over three hours without little man feeding for me to be in excruciating pain in both boobs. I'll be away from him for almost 4 hours tonight. I suppose I'll have to find a bathroom at the stadium and attempt to hand express? I have never done this "cold" before. The only way that I have ever been able to hand express is once LO has latched on, when I feel let down I pull him off and hand express.

I wouldn't know how to do this without him having initiated let down by sucking. Can anyone help?

I found the above link helpful, also once I'm that full I tend to start leaking the moment pressure is taken off (unhooking bra) so that tends to help letdown.

Just do what you do during letdown? It wont take long if u r really full...
