Gonna lose my temper in a min

So my lo is in bed and as im feeling pretty crap myself i thought i would come to bed and have a snout on the web well i live in a first floor flat and i swear to god im gonna go down and have a go at my neighbours who live below me...
Not being funny but all they seem to do is bang doors/windows turn there bathroom light on and off and the bloke has a really annoying cough.
Last nite they were doing it till gone midnight i have been walking around like zombies..
I have had my fair share of arguments in the past with them one they called the enviromental health out on us for banging when the eh realised we had a toddler learning to walk and kept falling down they have dismissed it but we are so quiet after 7:30 as savannah is in bed and such a light sleeper so they hear nothing from us..
I dont wanna cause an argument as the girl is 13 wks pregnant as i am too and i dont need the stress but the noise is getting too much aaaarrrgghhh...

Geez it sounds like my downstairs neighbour. He's gennerally quiet all week til Friday night then hi lady friend turns up and they end up shouting at eachother and banging doors til god knows what time!! Hope you get some piece and quiet soon!!!x

Owh bless you. I can't imagine hearing neighbours, it'd drive me insane! Thank god for detached! I hope they keep it quiet soon so that you can get some sleep sweetie. If they don't, try to have a polite word with them , to avoid any aggro. Just say your LO is refusing to sleep. x

How annoying, i get what your going through though.
The woman below us has schitzophrenia and often doesnt take her meds so has episodes that can last a few days.. She's always in and out of getting sectioned so atleast we get some peace when she's gone lol.
Last weekend she had a melt down and threw out all her household items into the front garden, and i mean proper threw so things got broken, her tv, stand, very expensive sound system, loads of paintings, photos, her hoover, jewllery another music system etc the garden was full and where we live if you put things outside people will come by and take them so the neighbours took all her stuff in theres in the end as it started raining and vans were coming by trying to take her stuff!!
But she caused so much noise doing this also, and the next day she was shouting and swearing all day and night, a few nights ago she was in our shared porch at 10pm with her door and porch door open standing there having a conversation with someone that wasnt actually there but she was shouting things like "get out of my house, i'll give you 10 seconds" she then counted up to 5 and said "well that is very sweet, but i wont be interested in that! then "dominic marley stop throwing your weight around in my house" "if you ever come in my house again evan spiritually i will call the police all of you evan your friends i know who they are" etc she was going on for agesssss and kept slamming her door, so my OH went down there as he had already told her to stop slamming the doors once already and she shouted at him and wanted to fight him so i ran down there and said ill f-ing have ya and she backed off and shut her door i then called the police but we get it a lot, ive had a few rows with her and we've only lived here 6 months!!
I understand she is ill as my mum has health problems too but i shouldn't have to deal with that in my own home and with a 17 months old teething baby that needs to sleep.
Everytime she starts we've been told to call a number and get her sectioned now lol.

Thanks for ur replies they finally shut up at 1... Im gonna have to say something then if thats not resolved gonna have to report them cant keep living like this
