I have decided i now need a baby monitor for LO. Didn't think i would need one as thought we'd be in our house by now but as we are still in OH's dads house and live upstairs, i need one for when i go downstairs to do things in the kitchen.

I just want a fairly good baby monitor. It doesn't need to have any fancy parts to it or anything, i just need to be able to hear if LO has woken up while i am downstairs.

Can anyone recommend a decent no frills baby monitor in the UK?

I can recommend this one:
https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/aw/d/B002NWJ1M6

We have this for my parents house when we visit. Didn't want to go for the cheapest possible but not spend a fortune either. Its been great so far.

I have a cheap sony monitor. Its around 25-30.00 I think and is the best. It picks up every single sound. I can even hear the fish tank bubbling from across the room and I can't even hear that thing with my own ears when im in the bedroom

I have a cheap fisher price one from argos it has been pretty good I only have it for the same reason as you xx

We have a motorola one. Cost £25. Best thing we have bought baby wise. LO is 13 months but we still use it now x

We have this one
https://www.amazon.co.uk/Tomy-Walkabout-Classic-Advance-Monitor/dp/B0009E66C8

We still use it, we live in a 400 sqm apartment & Omar sleeps at that end of the house. Never had problems with it & it's still working perfectly. We've been using it since birth xx

We've got a motorola one, that I think was about £30 from Argos. It does the job perfectly well!

We have the same one and have been using it since ds1 was a baby and he's now nearly 7! It has been used the whole time too because of the distance from his bedroom to the living room. Highly recommended!
