Good names to go with Finn?

We are planning to find out the gender but can't get a 3d scan until 25 weeks. (That's the rules at UC Baby) So we have a little while to try to come up with both boy and girl names. We want two middle names since ds has 2 middle names.

So, what do you think goes with Finn Oliver Jack?

(No R names as our last name begins with R. And no K names, my sil named her kids K names and calls them the krazy k's... Not a fan!)

We prefer less common but not too out there.

I absolutely love Harper. Dh said no when I wanted to put it on our list last time because our Prime Minister here in Canada is Stephen Harper and he's a complete and utter ass.

Someone my husband works with knows someone with boy girl twins named Finn and Sadie.

I like Piper. That's funny you suggested Pippa, since it's so similar.

One of my really close friends has a little boy named Henry.

I have a fin (Finley) and I love the name fletcher if I had another
Boy it would be fletcher 100% and love fleur for a girl
Never been one for all names with the same initial I just like these lol!!

I heard the name Ivy tonight and thought it was so pretty! Dh told me a friend of ours from high school named their little girl Ivy. They don't live anywhere near us and dh hardly stays in contact but still, I don't know if I would want to name our baby the same.

I love Isla, Harper, and Eva but I can't use them because of friends/family/horrible Canadian prime minister. Haha! Harper would be near the top of my list if it wasn't for Stephen Harper.

Evie is beautiful, I have an Evie, so I'm not bias at all .

Other girl suggestions: peyton, Kennedy, Cassidy, Lilah, Ella, Elsa.

For boys: I think Oscar James would be a good middle name set, first name suggestions: Logan, Franklin, Brody, Archer (Archie), Austin

Thanks I think my heart is set on Evie now. Haha! Dh loves Drew. I think Evie Drew is very nice. But we need a second middle name. That's hard! Haha!

Okay so I don't know how long Canadian Prime Ministers stick around, but surely in a few years he will be much less though of? Since you really like Harper...of course I would NEVER consider naming my child "Obama"...but I don't love the way it sounds either. I wouldn't shy away from Clinton if it were a name I liked, IYKWIM...

Haha! We don't have terms here like you guys do. I really wish we did. They stay until they get voted out. I really hate that guy. He is a horrible, woman hating, environment killing monster. Ugh.

Evie Drew Harper? I don't know. I still don't I could do it. Awful awful man...

Yeah. That's a big flaw in our system. Generally we can vote someone out but this guy has the oil rich part of the country in his back pocket. There's more people there so they keep voting him in. The Atlantic provinces hate him and he feels the same for us. He keeps cutting more and more from us and he knows there's not a thing we can do about it because we just don't have the population to change anything.

Anyway... I should stop talking about this, it just gets me worked up. Haha!

Thank you for the suggestions! I think a one syllable name will probably work best. Rose is nice but it's dh's mom's name. Don't want to do that. Georgia is nice too, but a lady I know has a daughter named Georgia who's 2 weeks younger than my son.

I think Max goes well with Finn and maybe Riley or Dexter?

Evie is lovely with Finn. Maybe Evie Drew Marie? Can't think of any one syllable names for done reason, other than May....Evie Drew May?

I don't think dh would go for Max or Dexter. Dexter might be a little too serial killer.
