Their just calling it subnormal due to the low volume , normal semen volume would be 2 mls or over. their also probably wondering if it was not a complete sample, great count and motility though so I would not worry about the volume.

I agree, count and motility are good. Is it possible he missed getting some in the sample? really I wouldn't worry about it.

I wouldn't worry at all about that. It is fine! Not the best sample ever, but more than enough to get the job done and shouldn't have any bearing. I'm thinking he prob missed the cup partially for the volume to be low since everything else is good
