Grainy formula/mixing bottles

I've just noticed, while feeding LO his bottle, that the milk looked a wee bit grainy. I've never noticed it like this before. Does that mean it hasn't mixed properly? If so, what's the likely cause and is this going to make LO unwell in any way? Xx

i noticed speckles on the bottle from the cow and gate comfort milk, just like a residue looked like little sugar grains
