Grapefruit juice for increased cm

Has anyone had success with drinking a glass of this a day to increase your cm? I don’t really produce that much around O or anytime at all so I thought it would be worth a try. Since it can’t hurt!

I would drink 2 oz bottles a day starting a few days before suspected o. I definately think it helped.

Was that suppose to say 2 8oz bottles or how much? I have a jug of it so I’m not sure if 1 glass a day would be enough?
