to the left of his finger is a possible nub and to he right of his finger is the side of its face but he/she backed it out of the screen at that moment

On the far left that little thing sticking straight up if from in between the legs. If you watch the video you will see it at 48 seconds. I posted it on another board and someone caught it and pointed it out to me .....literally! Lol. Let me know what you think??
