Had anyone experienced this on number #2 advice please

Hello girls i am lauren i am about 6 week pregnant with number #2
And hardly no symptoms which I no can happen in miscarriage my son have me bad nausea I couldn't eat cravings by time I missed my period and sore boobs this time I have no sickness no sore boobs no cravings and also never not hungry and it's scaring me my hormones we're 71 and rises to 221 last week but so scared

I didnt have any symptoms until about 8 weeks.

With my first I didn't have any symptoms till I was almost out of my first trimester. The only reason I found out I was pregnant was because I started throwing up at 12 weeks... other than that I had my period and everything

I had no symptoms to begin, I only found out at 6 + 5 and symptoms started a few days later.
