Had my Baby at 36+5 weeks :)

Hi Girls,
Havnt had a chance to update my birth story before now.

My waters broke almost 4 weeks early. Big shock!! Was admitted to hospital & put on antibiotics due to risk of infection. Had no contractions at all. The plan was to get me to 37 weeks as its safer for baby then. But my baby had other ideas and I went into labour at 36+5 weeks. Labour lasted all of 3 hours. Started off as period type pains. When they got stronger I used my tens machine, found it brilliant!! When the pains got intense I used gas & air.
My beautiful baby girl was born on friday 27th April, at 10.26 am. She weighed 6lb 2oz. We named her Céidí. She developed jaundice quite badly and spent several days receiving phototherapy.
But we are settled in nicely at home now
We are breastfeeding around the clock but its worth every minute
