Had scan today

Had a scan today. By my dates in 6w 6d but scan had me at 6w. The nurse said to keep my own dates though as the baby is high up and she couldn't get an accurate measurement. Fetal pole was 3.3mm from what she managed to get and hb was present. Scan report says I have a 'bulky' uterus ? Wth does that mean ?? I'd post a pic but I'm on mobile and I don't know how !!!!
