the top looks like high lift so maybe 12
the bottom looks darker maybe a 7

I think its either 8/7 or something like a 7/7 + 7/07 or a 7/03!!!
With highlights!
At the moment ive got bleached highlights half head but not overly blonde im naturally a base 7! I just dont want it to go ginger on me!!
