Hand luggage Monarch

Does anyone know if Evie gets hand luggage even tho she isn't checking in a case?

Me and DH are both checking in a bag an on the website it says we have hand luggage each.

Under Evie's name she has no hold luggage and it's says 10kg hand luggage but that's greyed out...?

I'm most confused and I have tried calling Monarch but I was number 24 in the queue

I'm not sure - I always thought that anyone who is allocated a seat is entitled to hand luggage whether or not they check luggage in.

as far as im aware if you pay for a seat you get handluggage, if its an infant and on ur lap, no handluggage. but im not 100% - our lil man was only 18m last time we flew with them
