There lookin big 4 how far along they are.. i went to the midwife monday and shes like how far along are u and when i sed 16 weeks she was like oh ur really quite big 4 16 weeks.. other ppl have commented 2.. and now im started to feel nervous about it? ive got a pic on my profile if u wana have a look... im 16+3! thanks

Just looked at ur pic, and don't worry, I look like that now and I'm only 14+2!!

My family and everyone at work has being mentioning how big I am now for weeks!!!

I was never a slim jim to begin with (size 14/16) but my belly has taken on a completely different shape, and where I was able to breathe in and hold that belly in (even if my lips went blue!), I just can't do it now!!

People grow at all different rates. I didnt show until I was 25 weeks..even then only the people that already knew would notice I had a little bump. Even now (due in just 3 weeks) most people dont believe am so far on.

Im sure if it were anything of concern about the midwife would have mentioned a growth scan or something.

Your bump is just fine! I have the opposite problem, everyone keeps telling me how small my bump is, which is frustrating because I already feel huge!!

Dont worry, you might just slow down a little too, I grew pretty quick until my 20th week and people were saying the same thing to me. And now I am bigger but not that much bigger than I was then. Everyone grows so differently and its based on so many things, you look like you have a smaller build so it just probably popped out faster for you

I still look small for how far I am but apparently my baby is growing at the very top end of the normal range and I have a normal fluid level. Must have just had hollow insides before hand.

Your bump is cute, I'm 15 weeks (will be 4 months Monday), people have noticed my bump. I have been trying to hide it (I have body image issues). You should be proud of it, everyone is different. You look like you were pretty small before being prego and you look healthy so I wouldn't worry about it hun..

The baby lives in there likes certain positions too!

Mine tended to like to be 'cradled' between my hipbones (which kept my bump fairly small) till about a month ago when she went bum up and pointed it out to the world... Now I have a very different looking bump and get a lot more comments.

Its a lovely bump Everyones different at the end of the day, so it wont do anything but worry you to compare yourself to other people!

Some people grow fast in the beginning,some grow fast towards the end. Everyone is different and your midwife should of known better. Don't worry. Your just fine!

I was told with my second son at 20 weeks that I was having a very big baby. He was born 9 days late and was 6lb 8oz. With my first son I was asked if I was sure if I was pregnant when i was in labour because I didnt show at all and my son was born 8 days early and 6lb 6oz.

Alot depends on how the baby is lying aswell as each pregnancy being different. Try not to worry as long as baby is healthy thats all that matters.

i was told this last week and I felt very fat! I had people saying "oh but I didnt show until the 4th month.....
But so what..baby is growing, and I'm happy. At least now it's starting to look more like a baby bump - and yours couldnt be mistaken for fat!!

I'd be proud if I were you - better that baby is growing and well padded I say!!

Cute bump! I think some people just don't realize that there is no cookie-cutter shape of how a pregnant woman should look. Some grow bigger bumps, some smaller, some get their bumps before others.
