Has anyone else received a tax credit payment randomly?

Me and hubby claim CTC and WTC, this morning we have received a random working tax payment of £15 but our working tax isn't due for another 2 weeks. Last year was our first year claiming tax credits and we haven't had a renewal pack yet. I've not made any changes either

Does anyone know what this could mean?

they sometimes do this hun around renewal time. sometimes they deduct is from what your owed on your new tax year or sometimes its just theyv underpaid you and its what your owed before the tax year runs out

If you call to do your renewal you should be able to ask them xx

I'm just so paranoid that we have been overpaid! I originally told them my income including all of my maternity allowance and then was told they don't count that as income so I rang up and they said they don't so our earnings are only OHs wages so it's about £4,000 less than I originally told them but I changed it all in September x
