I pump and my supply has dropped by a few oz (normally get 40 and now around 36-37) which isn't a huge amount but I'd like to talk to someone before it drops more. I thought about calling LLL but am worried that I'll be judged because I don't actually breastfeed. Has anyone called them for help and were they nice/helpful/supportive?

Hi I've never called them but I can't imagine that they will judge you for it. Your still giving your baba the best even if you are expressing Xx

I'm in the UK but I've called and they could not have been nicer! Really helpful and defintely not judgemental - I would say give them a call xx

Yep, a LLL lady was the first one who told me I was doing a GREAT JOB when re lactating. I couldnt have survived it without her support!

I've been going to LLL meeting since Alice was small, and they're always amazing. They have a strong philosophy of picking what works for your family, so I very much doubt they'd be anything but supportive.

Thanks for the answers. I will definitely give them a call. I was concerned because of things I read online about them (mostly browsing other forums so just people's opinions).
