Has anyone experienced...insight please!

Hi,

has anyone experienced light cramps in the abdomen and lower back, headache,heartburn,tender breast, when checking my cervix it is still high and I'm not noticeably spotting but when I checked my cervix the 4th time this morning there was a light brown spot on my finger also creampy with cm as well ...has anyone had any of these symptoms and still ended up being pregnant. Af isn't due until 3 more days these are only today's symptoms

Im due for af too in 3 days..cramps..dizzy..gassy no sore boobs or nothing..it is def. Possible and I've took 5 times with poss squinter or indent...id test on Saturday

this wait is so stressful I'm hoping AF doesn't show but its driving me crazy not knowing..ill guess we shall know this weekend..my test have been the same as well I decided to not test again until the day of AF being due

So confusing were not trying but had slip up on 31st while on day 6 of bc..but i think were ready to start tryimg for #3 if af comes...i dont have sore breasts like i dud before i got my bfps with my dd's so think im not

I understand...we are moreso if it happens it happens this would be #3 for me...my breast have been sore but I get that off and on so its so hard for me to tell I cant really remember all my early stage symptoms as both of my previous pregnancies were different but this really has me anxious.
