I have a long cycle - don't ovulate until cd24 - cd28. Then I have a realitively short luteal phase - I'm not sure what it is exactly but around 10 days, perhaps less.

I'm wondering has anyone been in a situation and managed to have a succesful pregnancy?

I'm going to start using agnus castus but wanted to get responses first. I'm also going to speak to the doctor soon and want to have a clear understanding of this before speaking to him!

Hi stargirl69,

My LP varies so I now take vitamin B6 100mg, this helps my LP by a day or two.

Not sure about angus catus as I've never used it.

My cycle was 30 days. I ovulated if at all between day 19-21 meaning LP was between 9 and 11 days. Minimum should be 10 days. First month of taking B6 vitamin 100mg I fell pregnant. I would almost guarantee it was the B6.

I had been trying for 9 months. Good luck and I hope this helps x
