has anyone had little tikes activity garden or laugh and learn to crawl car

Hi, I'm wanting to buy my son a new toy especially as most of his are hand me downs from daughter. He is already crawling and saw litle tikes activity garden and fisher price car but not sure which to go for. They are around same price so was just wondering if anyone has any reviews for which is better

We have both. I personally feel that although the car is really good it doesnt last a long time development wise. My 20 month old son plays with the little house aswell as my daughter. to start with she would sit in the middle with her toys whilst I nipped to the toilet. Now she opens the door and goes in and out. Waves out the window and crawls down the tiny slide. My son hides things like his dummy in the post box and speaks to people on the phone. They both play with it every single day since xmas.
The car was good for the first month or so but I ended up putting it round to my mums as something theyd enjoy once a week or so.
