Has anyone used acai berry before?

Its a dietry supplement and supposed to work to help speed up metabolism and help digestive systen I think, I was wondering if anyone has taken it and if it worked etc

funnily enough, my partner said to me yesterday that he wants to start taking this, he said hes done loads of research, and it all looks good hope it works for you
