Hi Megan, we looked at Fertilaid and Wellman Conception and after some research ended up taking the amitamin products so we didnt need to take 6 different pills.
I am with Myshelsong here: *good* supplements work especially for men - they increase the statistical quality of of their sperm and actually make them more fertile. For women it is different: for us the omega3 and folic acid is more making sure that the baseline is covered
Do not skimp buying cheap, useless supps. Good ones save you time and energy/anxiety.
This is what worked for us:
1. follow the usual tips on how you increase your chances https://human-fertility.com/simple-fertility-tips
then
2. Track your ovulation (both temperature and LH surge tracking). Drink less alcohol / more water, eat better, stop smoking, start yoga (both of you - you'll also have more fun doing
)!
3. Go for it. Have BMS the night before ovulation
, again in the morning
AND at night on the actual ovulation day
and again the morning after.
I got pregnant like this twice in the second half of my thirties. Yes, it is probabilities, but you can manage them, just like everything else in life. Good luck, Gabs
