Has anyone used Step Change Debt Charity?

The last 2 years have been tough financially, with buying a house, having a baby and going back to work part time. Debts have really piled up and making end meet every month is a challenge.

I was wondering if anyone has used Step Change to help with debts? I have heard mixed things about them but wondered what your experience has been and if they were able to help?

they helped me quite alot - they work along side most banks, the national debt help line were also very helpful.. both offer a free service. xx

I've been in regular contact with them for around two years now and I can't recommend them highly enough. They're knowledgeable, understanding and non-judgemental. They're also completely free and impartial so you know they're not in it for the cash
