im feeling so depressed n teary, ive came off metformin and orilstat in jan ready for the start of my ivf/icsi treatment, i have pcos and i managed to lose nearly 4stone over the last yr but now ive come off the tablets i can see the weight pile bck on, ive put on 6lb but im bloated aswell, i started synarel on the 8th march which is giving me headaches from hell, im crying at almost anything and peeing from england, im also starting to worry about injections ive got a fear of needles n my mams having to do them for me, any1 feel or feeling like this?

Awe hun x I'm having headaches to on the stimms try the rub on stuff it really helps me. Also drinks loads i have the peeing problem too and honestly the injections are really nothing the needle is so fine you will hardly feel it honest, when do you start ?

i start injections on the 1st april if scan ok on the 31st march just the weight think is so geting me down i liked been slimmer just hope i dont put to much on,

its not fair when your body is working against you. Im overweight but i just had to get started with it in the end. Fingers crossed for you x

So sorry your feeling like this honey, just wanted to offer some :hugs: xxx

Don't beat yourself up abouut your weight. You have done fantastically loosing that much. I put on weight during the treatment, but it was fluid retention, and a few weeks after it had all gone again. Infact I was lighter after the IVF than before!

If you're peeing a lot the headaches are prob due to dehydration. As I suggested, try drinking 3 litres a day. Get a Volvic litre bottle and try and drink at least 3, or 2 and other juices etc.

Like oneday said, once you get going with the injections it won't be as bad as you expected. They are very fine. I found if I did them in the tummy (in my spare tyre, lol), and did it quite quickly, I hardly felt it at all.

It is an emotional thing to go through, and I think feeling teary and emotional is definately part of the parcel. Try not to beat yourself up about that either. Do lots of nice thing, and treat yourself. I can remember feeling soo tearful at the end of stimming, and down regging, and fighting back tears most days at work, so its not just you.

Sending lots of :hugs: Hang in there. It will all be so worth it in the end.

thanks every1 feeling abit better drinking loads like u said but headache still there

oh my god ive woke up this morning n i look about 6month pregnant lol

oh hun, must be so hard to go through all this. but just think about what it will hopefully acheive. say to yourself it's for my baby - then it won't feel so horrible. fingers tightly crossed for you. xx
